Stela 9 will gladly accept unused or defective merchandise for return or exchange within 15 days of the date of purchase. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your return to be received and processed. If you need to return an item:
- Email customer service for a return approval.
- Once received, we’ll send an email with further instructions.
- We will credit your original form of payment for returns or provide store credit.
- Anything purchased on the website using a promo code or purchased on sale will be considered a final sale item and will be non-refundable.
- Custom items or OOAK items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Pre-Order items are made to order and thus can only be exchanged for store credit.
