Stela 9 will gladly accept unused or defective merchandise for return or exchange within 15 days of the date of purchase. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your return to be received and processed. If you need to return an item:
Email customer service for a return approval.
Once received, we’ll send an email with further instructions.
We will credit your original form of payment for returns or provide store credit.
Anything purchased on the website using a promo code or purchased on sale will be considered a final sale item and will be non-refundable.
Custom items or OOAK items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Pre-Order items are made to order and thus can only be exchanged for store credit.
